Overall that is good, but the shadow behind her head, especially under the chin, is very odd-looking. I believe it was the same on the reference, but you should have changed it nevertheless.

Beautiful work! i love the hair; its flawless and the shimmer has been done perfectly! The subtle shading in the head and shoulders are amazing too, and the eyes are really well done!
