Happy Holidays to , who has been a very good child this year!!! Surprise, surprise, I'm your Secret Santa, delivering to you your request for a NaruHina moment under the mistletoe with a shocked crowd and.... wait, is that a little jealousy I'm seeing? XD

Since this is delivered late, I kinda included a whole bunch in this image... Holidays, New Years.... random kicking in the *cough* XD Everyone in the background has their own little story going on, it seems. And I think this is the time for me to explain the mugs! I was going to give Naruto one too, with Egg Nog, but I ultimately decided against it because it was going to make the picture waaaay too crowded. There's practically a Mardi Gras as it is XD but if anyone wishes to see that I DID intend to include the nog, here's my preliminary concept sketch for the lulz: [link]

I think I need to make an extra special note about the coloring. After posting my 2001 - 2009 Meme of my artwork, =e-nat / told me that she prefers my 2006 coloring style of all the years that I've drawn. So... I told her that it was not too late for me to include a little 2006 in this piece! So when I colored it, I sampled a few colors from some previous pieces of mine (though that was quickly lost in all the shading and additional coloring I did), and I think what I tried to include most in this was my color experimental shading. In 2006, I went through an interesting phase in which I tried to include almost every color in everything I did. I also made everything tinted a little purple in the end. So... applying those two methods... I think I ended up with a sort of hybrid coloring job here. I gotta tell you... there's nothing more frustrating than trying to draw in your old style XD It's like... you once were able to do it but now it's soooo hard! XD;;;

This is my first picture made from scratch in 2010! Here's a toast to the new upcoming year! Kanpai! <3
