Description
Chocolate mint ice cream with chocolate ganache and a hint of creme de cocoa liqueur.I ran out of peppermint extract (I used some, but not as much as I would have liked) so I used some creme de cocoa liqueur so it still has a bit of a bite.
I won't be able to make ice cream for a whole month. Damn!
