Layni poked around the stables, looking for a new horse. Suddenly, she saw them. A field of colts and fillies, all yearlings. She looked at all of the beautiful different horses in the field, smiling. Then she saw him, there he was. The bottom half of his body was a beautiful bay and transitioning up to the light colour. He was so unusual, and she had to have him. He would be the base stallion for her new stable!

When she got him home, she placed him in one of her roomy stalls, smiling as he whinnied after her. "Oh, you're so adorable, but you need a name." Frowning, she walked out of the stables and up to her room to go to sleep.

Layni tossed and turned all night, trying to come up with a name for the beautiful new colt she bought. Finally, at around two in the morning, she walked outside and visited his stall. Gently, she took a lead and led him out into a pasture, looking up at the sky. The horse looked up as well, whinnying at the stars. The stars in Orion's belt twinkled, and she smiled. "Orion... it's perfect."

Eye Colour: Green
