Description
This is a redraw of a very old picture i made in 2014. the original one was here in Deviant art, it was mostly traced and ended up deleting it years later for how terrible it looked and i can't get myself to reupload it for how cringy it makes me feel, so i remade it!
Grant it is only line work, but i'm to Laz-y to make it a fully colored and shaded picture.

I remember the original had a short story in the description related to the drawing, but i can't remember it, so let's say:

...During the Olimpic Games, Tails got some power ups as a gift from some of the mario characters, including the Bullet Bill one from Mario Kart, Logically he used it to prank sonic and in the way, get a quick lift to get through top hill zone quickly, easely, and with no effort.
