Daughter of General von Farrow, and younger sister of Margaret Farrow, Tabatha's life began with sadness. Evelyn von Farrow's body had been ravaged by carrying Margaret to term, and Tabatha's birth finally broke her. Evelyn passed away shortly after giving birth, simply not having the strength to go on.

Evelyn had known her life was running out and had wanted to leave her husband and daughter with one last gift before she died. Tabatha was that gift.

Far more so than Margaret, Tabatha resembles her mother in both appearance and personality. Compassionate to a fault, Tabatha lacks any restraint when giving out her kindness. Always stepping aside, always apologizing, always accommodating, some might mistake her for someone entirely passive, but that would be a mistake. There is little passive about Tabatha.

Margaret calls her the most aggressively kind person ever. Regardless of whether or not her friendliness is wanted or even required, Tabby is there to deliver it anyways.

When Margaret decided to join the STC, Tabatha decided to as well. While her father was reluctant to allow Tabatha to join, due to her younger age, her relentless drive to stay by Margaret's side won out. In part, this was also inspired by meeting Leutnant Klaus Erlich as well.

When Klaus spent time at the Von Farrow manor to work out the details of forming the STC, Tabatha frequently ran into the young man. Developing a crush on the dashing young man, Tabatha was only too happy to see him again.
