Why do some of the figurines seem battered?

I had this collection for a very long time ago, and as much as I tried to conserve it, this was inevitable.

Why are the Pokeballs broken?

As a kid and an extreme fan of Pokemon, I used to believe that if I put the Pokemon inside the Pokeball then throw it on the ground, the Pokemon will come to life and become real xD.

Where did you get these?

Toys R Us, Bahrain.

Where are Ash's cheek marks?

I honestly don't know xD
