It being a mistake is laughable. When you use the powers of procreation, there will always be a chance of getting pregnant. If the parents really can't handle a child, they should have thought of that before. Besides, if the couldn't handle a child, they could have put it up for adoption.

You're right, your comment is silly. 9 months of a person's lifetime is VERY little. 9 months isn't even that long. But hey, if people want to kill a person to spend time vegging in front of the TV and wasting time that most already waste, hey at least they can do it without being big? Is that how you really see pregnant women? Do you honestly think that for 9 months, their life is suddenly wasted? Being pregnant is not like that at all. In fact I have seen women who have time to go college (Mind you, they are trying to be nurses, taking courses that are very hard), mother the kids they already have, spend time with their husbands, and work. There's a lot more you have to fish out for me to actually believe that it "ruins" someone's life. Your comment just proves that you do not know anything about pregency.

They're legal for the first three month's because the baby doesn't have a heart or a brain.
It's just tissues and cells. So no, I don't consider a baby that was inside a womb for 3 month's a human being.

I'm saying that if someone got knocked up, and feels like taking care of a baby or enduring a pregnancy is too much, they should have the option of abortion.

You make way too many assumptions. Wither it is legal or illegal really does not matter to me. The law sees things strictly through one sided justice craving eyes. People are tissues and cells. I don't see what point you are trying to make. Yeah, maybe the heart or brain isn't fully developed, so? There are babies that are born dead without hearts or brains or with dysfunctional organs. Are you going to call them non-humans? Just blobs and cells?

Ignoring the fact that there has been a lot of research done unborn babies that says that they can feel pain and other things. Let's say that the baby is nothing until it is born, it's still alive and you are still killing it. You are still killing a human being.
