*cough cough to get it, try bittorrent and isohunt.com cough cough* (gotta get rid of that cold) well, however, I know it can do blurs, but HOW?
the only blur I can find is the timeline effect blur which is rather a "ripple effect"...
but could it be: first convert lines to fills and then soften fill lines? that's a bit complicated, and then how did you just make an animation with blur? that's pretty much work...
