Description
So this guy commented on one of my deviations. He caught my eye because his fanboyism of Princess Celestia is so in your face it hurts and so I visited his page. There I saw his journal "WHY ISN'T THERE MORE ART OF THE SOLAR EMPIRE?" and his journal speaks the truth. So this one's (partly) because/for you buddyThis has been sitting in my files for sometime because I don't often make posters/wallpapers, so I asked a few people for their opinion before submitting this. I would still very much appreciate feedback.
And for those of you who haven't guessed, this is my ponification of this [link]

The whole "Solar Empire vs. Lunar Republic" is ridiculous. It makes for an amusing idea, but has no basis or real reasons to be thought of.

It's a fan-made thing, very few fan-made things have a real reason to be thought of. The same could be said about making a whole character for Derpy Hooves, even giving her her name based on the crossed eyes in the first episode
I just see this as harmless fun within the fandom but I do think that some people cross the line sometimes

Derpy Hooves has reason for her personality traits. The Solar Empire depends on the fallacious notion that Celestia is not a benevolent princess, but a "tyrant". It's puerile to think she's anything reminiscent of such.

I think that the Solar Empire is just a retaliation to the NLR, and the notion of tyrant Celestia is derived from the Luna and/or anti-Celestia fanboys and girls (it's NLR propaganda if you will).
The Solar Empire is a hub for the Celestia fans, so why would they maintain the idea that there leader is a tyrant? In this respect I don't think the Solar Empire "depends on the fallacious notion that Celestia is not a benevolent princess, but a tyrant"

Ugh... I just want the whole "tyrant Celestia" nonsense to cease. But then again, I want a lot of things gone in the fandom, and wishing for the near impossible isn't worth the time. :\

I personally don't see what the big fuss is. Luna will always be my maiden of the night, but I'm not all that down on Celestia either. Celestia had to do what she did for the good of Equestria, and the land did prosper under her rule. Sure, she may be a bit on the stuffy side and want to stick to "tradition", but I don't see why we can't just live and let live with the Solar Empire.

Well dude you're a vector artist yourself so you'll understand how I made the Celestia vector. As for the details I used textures and custom brushes. The textures would be the folded paper effect and grunge looking effect. The picture still didn't look grungy enough for me, so I used some custom brushes
