Max was an team supervisor at a engineering firm. He was good at his job and would have his team meet their deadlines, even if he did skim some money from the funding for himself. Of the people who worked under him Sarah was his most productive employee. She was so good that Max worried she would catch the eyes of his higher ups and replace him.
So when when he put in his evaluations of his employee’s he’d mark her down for trumped up issues. He didn’t want to get her fired just keep her where she was.
As for Sarah’s personal relationship with him he treated her like every one under him strictly. Some of his employees he’d treat worse than others.
Gus was a newer addition to their team and Max had made him a target of several belittling remarks. Calling him “dim witted” and “terrible at his job” after Gus made some rookie mistakes. Didn’t help that Gus was also an fat man with hygiene issues. Max thought he’d fire him after this next project was completed.
One day when max got to work he was immediately called into his supervisors office. Standing next to his supervisor was Sarah fuming over something.
His supervisor, Mr. Xi, said “Hi Max Sarah has requested a look at her evaluation for the month and found some inconsistencies in your account of her performance.”
Sarah piped up “You liar. You blamed me for every misstep team members took last quarter.”
“Wow let’s take it easy lets talk about this I’m sure it’s a misunderstanding.” Max said.
Mr. Xi resumed “Sarah has also brought to my attention to several thousand dollars missing from every project you’ve worked on since you’ve been with us. I may only be management but I think you might have something to do with that.”
Max began to sweat now and didn’t know what to say.
“Now Max we could hand this issue over to our legal team and have them destroy you, but letting our customers know we let their funding was bestolen would do immense damage to our image. So I’m offering you an out If you resign and sign an NDA you will face no legal consequences.”
Max breathed a sigh of relief. He could get out of this. Sure he’d loose this job but with his experience he could find another. But than he looked over at Sarah who was now smiling. She should be pissed with this slap on the wrist.
Mr. Xi continued “Don’t think you’ll get off that easy though. Me and Sarah have come to the perfect idea since you held back her career you will help her with a project she has been working in our top secret branch. She has hit a wall because we can’t find a test subject who we trust to keep a secret. But with you wouldn’t dare speak out.”
Max spoke up in alarm “No you can’t just use me as a lab rat.”
“We can always fire you and call every employer in the country and tell them you lied to prevent the advancement of a strong woman. Good luck finding a job after that.”
“Shit. Well what kind of side affects am I in for?”
Now Sarah spoke “Nothing major just some loss in bone density but nothing that would leave you crippled. You’d still be a perfectly functioning human.”
Max sighed “Fine let’s get this over with.”
Gleefully Sarah said “Wonderful so glad we could come to an agreement. We will do the experiment in 1 hour in the basement level -88. Just sign on these papers and you’re all set, just fallow security.”
Just then two armed suits walked to the door way. Max seeing no other choice signed and fallowed the suits to the elevator.

An hour later he was sitting in a white laboratory room on a patient table. He just wanted to get this over with it was embarrassing enough to be run out of his work like this. He felt so exposed they’d given him a hospital gown to change into and he was wearing no underwear.
Just then the door opened and Sarah walked in gingerly in a white lab coat. He could tell she was excited. She was carrying a tray with a syringe on it. A feeling of inferiority came came him seeing himself in the gown and her fully clothed in a lab coat.
“So this first part will be quick just one shot. But I’m going to need you to flip over on your stomach and expose your buttocks.”
Reluctantly he did what she said. He then felt the prick it didn’t leave that much initial pain. Going to sit back up in the table Sarah stopped him.
“No I want to wait for the drug to take affect before you begin to move.”
Max did not move his butt still exposed while Sarah watched him with a clip board intently. It felt like an hour but it was probably only a minute or two while he was sitting there the area around where she had injected him began to feel warm.
Finally after 5 minutes Sarah said “You can sit up what are you feeling?”
“Some general heat ruminating from where I was injected. Look is this going to take much longer?”
Jotting some notes down Sarah said “If you’re really in a rush we can move phase 2. Fallow me to the next room.”
Getting up Max felt strange his steps felt shorter and Sarah seemed taller. But it was probably because he didn’t have any shoes on.
In the next room he saw a chair with a helmet. Sarah ushered him in saying “ this will monitor your brain waves for the experiment.” And she flipped a switch and it began to hum. Reluctantly Max placed the helmet on.
Sitting across from him Sarah started asking him questions. “So why did you wright up those lies about me?”
It was at this moment he blacked out. When he came to he was still in the chair but he felt different not just physically. Sarah had left the room so he decided to stand up ringing the helmet he noticed something surprising his hair had grown 5 times it original length. Stunned he ran his hand through it. He began walking to the original room he was in hopefully Sarah could tell him he could go home. Getting walking back into the room he noticed something strange the counter tops and the table he was on before seemed too high. Before he could process this shock another one hit him Sarah walked in the room. She was now a full head tallied than him.
She finally spoke to him “ So you finally decided to get up and good thing I waited the serum I injected you with has really exceeded my expectations with time. Let’s see come over to the wall let me measure you.”
Suddenly overcome with compliance he walked over with her to the wall where she took out measuring tape and checked his height. Smiling she jotted down her findings.
“Amazing your file says you were 6 ft tall but this measurement says your 5’1” I never expected 11 inches of change. And judging from your appearance I’d say most of that bone structure has been turned to fat.”
Taking what she’s saying Max looks down at his body. His previous body hadn’t been in great shape but it was skinny. Now looking down he had gut and strangely enough tits. To do this I had to make some behavioral changes with our brain editor one of the fail safes I added was for you to fallow my every command. Now get dressed we’re going back up stairs.”
With that Max unfroze and felt compelled to fallow Sarah’s commands despite the intense anger he felt. He found a new pair of woman’s clothes in the room and put them on putting on his pants he realized your much of his body mass had been reworked into his new massive ass. Ashamed he pulled up the pants so they were snug and tightened his belt.
He was getting up to leave but Sarah stopped him saying he must put on a braw. Ashamed he went along with it struggling to get it on. Throughout all of this Sarah was laughing and enjoying the show.
After this Sarah ordered him to walk to the elevator and take it to the main floor. He tried with all his will power to say no to her, he couldn’t be seen by his colleagues like this, but she got him on the elevator and they were riding up.
Standing next to each other in the elevator Sarah turned to Max and said you know while you were in the chair I didn’t just make you a heterosexual woman. I made it so you’d have a burning passion for one man specially. Some one who you have been terrible too since you’ve met.”
Suddenly Max had realized who she meant. Every time he’d thought of Gus as a man he would think of him as a fat slob not worth his time.
