Only a matter of days before I go to art school. School equals guaranteed stress and anxiety. Which makes for awesome art, I must say, haha!

Yes, and many of the surrealists actually put themselves under stress (lack of sleep, using drugs, etc.) in order to paint. I don't suggest doing any of those things as you're likely to encounter them in school anyway.
We'll have to keep in touch once you start school. I'm sure you'll have a lot to talk about when you can find the time!

I'm not so inclined to do drugs and all that, but I'm a big fan of staying up hours just watching things on YouTube. So... if ever I'm tempted to purposely put myself under stress, I've got that.
Hmm... It gives the illusion of fulfillment but ends with regret and self-berating after I realized what time and energy I've wasted... Sounds like a drug to me.

Haha, yeah. The reason for the empty space there is I still wanted the body to be whiter than the neck.

To escape, one just needs a set of headphones with a functioning mp3 player. Works great !
A way to have fun is sketching. It's a pleasure to see the results sometimes.
Often I would stare at a work and ponder who the hell drew it, it wasn't me, I know that at the time. Advancing too fast can make one discharge the belief in one self's skills temporarily.
