Oh, the Queen Black Dragon. 2100 levels of rotting, muscles and tendons built by the Dragonkin to totally wreck the Elder Gods. Haven't actually fought the thing, and I'm a bit disappointed with their bait-and switch between promotional concept art and the actual model. So have a bit of both.
