The power of probability is what he gained from this wish. He can now see what his choices can lead to. But only for himself. No matter what choices he wishes to see he will only ever see the outcome for himself. As well as this power is not always accurate as in life there are many variables that can change the outcome he sees. No matter what he chooses to see it will only show how it affects himself.

Judgement axe: a axe that is weighted nicely on the head with a scale insignia on it

(T1)Navi: he sends out small little orbs in the shape of flareons to navigate through the maze. He summons a map on infront of him and it shows the progress of his little navi’s. He can sue them as well to keep track of other magicals and even people who are in the maze. The Navi looks like a wisp of fire
Duration: the navi are one shot able and easy to kill. He can summon about four at a time to send out and they last until they are either killed or time runs out. They all have a timer of five minutes.
Cooldown: summoning one navi has a cooldown of one minute,two is three minutes, four is five minutes and five is seven minutes.

He is protective over his family and those he cares about. He will not allow others to bad mouth or make fun of his family especially his little sister.
Though because of how protective he can be it can cause a bit of trouble for those that do not wish to be protected.
He will only protect those he sees as friends,family or comrades/teammates, meaning if he doesn't like you he will not protect you.

he is a goofball and likes to play around and make others smile if he can. Being a goofball around his younger sister and family when possible, though he tries to to be as much around his more serious older sister.
He is a cheerful person who usually tries to make someone feel good or happy if he can, he doesn;t try to force or push people to be happy and understands their boundries.

He respects others boundries and tries to learn what they are okay with and what they are not, say someone does not like touching he will respect their boundaries and do his best not to touch them.

Rufus likes to take hsi time picking the right choice or what he believes would be the right choice.
Though at times because of this he can be a bit annoying with how long it takes or just not making a choice at all. Though he tries not to be annoying with deciding and if he an not come up with a decision he will let the other person, if they are there with him, to decided.

He fears what people will think or the backlash of what his choices can lead to and tries not to go head first into situations that he knows will leave to trouble.
He is probably one of the last people or one of the people who stay behind when it comes to going into confrontation and will try to mediate it and try to help stop the fight, though he will back out if it gets to much or try to find someone else that will help.
He may be non confrontational and do his best to keep the peace but if someone ends up making fun of his family or friends he will stand up for them and not let you continue picking on them or bad mouthing them.
History:
Rufus was born into a loving family with two parents and two older siblings, as well as in a big family house full of his cousins, uncles,aunts and grandparents. His parents were well off that was for certain or rather his grandparents were. His family was very traditional kind of family that had certain rules and certain things one never did. Now these rules weren’t strict as strict as they seemed to outsiders or rufus’s siblings. One of the rules was that marriages would be arranged from the age of eighteen and the couples would meet as they grew up so they could get to know one another. Rufus’s father was the one to marry into this family through a aragane marriage to his mother when they were younger and he was a very kind father, though his trips to america seemed to be longer and longer. But all was right in the world and that household, for the first five years of rufus’s life at least.
A month after rufus turned six years old his father started acting odd to him and the rest of his family. He didn’t kiss his mom as much as he use to or show her any signs of affection and love that he once held for her. Everyone in the house noticed this and worried, though the one that worried the most was rufus’s mother. This went on for another few months before his father came into the house one day with divorce papers for his wife to sign. He stated calmly that he no longer wished to be in this house and saying he no longer felt the spark of love he felt for her. Now rufus’s mother is a calm headed woman who is understanding and she truly loved him with all her heart, so when he brought this paper to her she couldn’t help but ask him if there was another in his life that he now loved. Sadly his father said yes there was and it took his mother using the last bit of her calm read over the paper before telling him he would not come back and that he was not allowed to see their children ever again. He agreed showing no remorse to his words as she signed the paper and told him to get out.
The next year after that was something rufus called the darkest time of his family’s life. His mother got rid of everything that was her ex husbands or that reminded her of him in any way. She was angry, sad and emotional even sometimes locking herself in her room to calm down, because even if her children reminded her of that man she could and would never harm them for she loved them to much. As his mother went through this rufus, who was eight years at the time, began his own schooling as well as learning the one big tradition in his family.which was at the age of fifteen each eevee in the family must choose what evolution they will be for the rest of their life. Rufus had time to choose so he was not rushed about ti and was allowed to live his normal life with his siblings, who by this time his older sister had already evolved into a sylveon and his older brother’s chose would be in a few years as well.
A few years past and rufus’s mother had fallen in love with a diggersby, who had been her and her ex’s friend for a long time, and he in turn loved her as well. The wedding was simple and in truth none of her kids had objections to this , the diggersby was already like a second father to them when he did visit and as long as their mother was happy they were happy as well. His grandparents on the other hand were not so into the thought of their daughters new husband but said nothing, to their face at least. With that gone off without a hitch rufus and his siblings had become a bit less stiff from the man who was now their step father. He would bring the family on trips to parks and to go shopping, being the father that was invested in their lives and encouraged them to follow their passions. It was because of this that rufus’s mother refused to have her children go through a arranged marriage, wanting them to find love of their own instead of with a person their grandparents picked out. His grandparents reluctantly agreed to let her children fall in love with who they wanted without the arranged marriage looming over them.
Now as rufus got older the day of his choosing his evolution, that would help decided his life, grew closer and closer with each day and he dreaded the thought of it everyday. During the months his fifteenth birthday drew closer and closer his cousins and relatives showed him all the amazing things about being their evolution. From being able to breath under water to looking beautiful with ribbons. He was amazed at how each evolution was different but he could not decide on what one. His older siblings,his older brother by this time had evolved into a espeon, told rufus to follow what he thought was best and what would fit him. Which was a problem he liked every evolution in his families line and thought they all were amazing in their own ways. but he could not be every evolution in the eevee line he could only pick one.
The day finally came and as the party went on and was slowly leading to the part where he would tell his whole huge family what he choose drew closer and it made him panic. In a desperate need to stall so he could choose he ran and hid in his room locking the door behind him and refusing to come out. He paced in his room for what seemed like forever before sitting on the floor looking at the mirror frowning softly at the fluffy eevee he saw in the mirror.
“ I wish I knew what to do …” he said sadly looking at himself before noticing a sylveon appear on the reflection of the mirror. He looked over a bit confused standing up gently walking over to the little feral pokemon.
“ what are you doing here?” he went to touch it when he heard a voice
“ I can help make that wish come true~”
He jumped and looked around confused trying to find the source of the voice “ who said that?”
“ I did ? i’m right in front of you”
He looked down at the feral pokemon as it sat there looking at him its tail twitching gently behind it. Now that he looked at it more closely it was a odd looking sylveon for certain.
“ what do you mean grant my wish ? you can do that?” he asked curious.
“ yes I can but you have to make a contract with me, to fight witches and be a magical boy “
He blinked and looked at himself in the mirror before frowning, a wish sounded impossible but if it would help him with his problem then maybe..
He turned toward the odd looking sylveon “ okay .. I’ll make a contract with you”
The sylveon nodded its face never changing as it looked at him “ make a wish then”
He looked at himself in the mirror touching it before looking at the feral pokemon and saying “I wish i could see where my choices will lead for good or bad I want to know where they will lead me to”
The odd sylveon nodded and rufus felt a searing pain pushed through his body as a egg shaped gem came floating out of his body. He panted heavily staring at the cream colored gem panting softly as he calmed down before picking it up. He held the gem gently in his hand and looked at the mirror and thought of what he wanted to see and zoom a image appeared before him showing himself in different forms of his evolutions. He was shocked but made his choice and made the decision that would help shape and change his life.
A year or so past after rufus’s wish and contract and his mother and step father had cut many ties with his grandparents to live on their own in japan. The reason for this was because of how they treated rufus’s adopted younger sister Kira, who is a elgyem, and tried to excluded her or down right ignored the poor girl. Rufus’s and his family had enough of that, though they loved their family very much, both his mother and step father decided it was time for them to live on their own in japan where his step father use to live. So they moved from their home in south korea and moved to Mitakihara. Though not long after moving their his older sister went abroad to go to college in america, she writes letters,emails and does voice calls with her family when she is not studding.
