Thank you all for your kind comments; I'm glad you like the work! And it was work - I spent quite a few hours trying to get everything correct, and it took over 50 hours to render in LuxRender! LuxXeon, yes the furniture and set are part of an old modular house set I bought on DAZ years ago (although everything was posed by me). Maxxxmodelz, I do seem to be getting the hang of LuxRender, and CaperGirl42, I'm glad you like the scene!

Your lighting and rendering technique has made a dramatic change for the better recently in my opinion. This render is a great example of some very good interior lighting. Congrats. Nice work on the materials too.

I can see you put a lot of effort into this, and it shows. I like the character, but most impressive is the room. I really like the materials used on the wood, and that one metal lamp looks incredible. Was this a complete set, or did you piece it together with odds and ends, because it certainly looks like it all belongs together. Well done.
