She wanted to try and get a shot of me doing the windy thing, and it took a lot of shots to get the right one, but I kinda liked how they all looked together.

I also really like your costume. I was thinking about cosplaying him too but I have no idea what to do with the shoes. Where did you get such shoes? do they have a certain name I could search for..?

They are just canvas, slip-on shoes, but I had a hard time finding some myself! I ended up buying a pair of white ones at Wal-mart and dyeing them yellow .

thank you! so you can just throw the shoes into the washing machine with the dye..? or do the shoes have to be special to survive that? I've never done that before but does the dye effect my next rounds of clothes I wash or does it easily disappear after I finished dyeing the shoes..?

If I'm dyeing a bunch of fabric, I use the washer method, but since the shoes are so small, I use the stove-top method (basically put the dye and shoes in a pot of hot water for 40 minutes). But if you ever use the washer method, be careful about your next load of laundry if you used dark dye!
