There's a thriving community inside the bunkers of Area 51 (and 52, but I'm not supposed to tell you about that one). And with all the vampire popularity of late this teenager went with the obvious choice for a Halloween costume - the problem is that they are quite sheltered there, and her research wasn't very thorough.

Of course, she is of legal age, not a minor. Though I have no idea what that age is with aliens.
