I agree that MIKE's odds for survival aren't looking too good. Springtrap got the main advantage of being unable to feel physical pain and is more taller and bigger built while MIKE is capable to feel pain and his body more frail.
Despite the bad odds though, the old night guard refuses to give up and what he lacks in strength comparing to Springtrap, he'll try to measure it out with determination, life-experience and smarts.
So I personally say; 50/50

I just imagine, throughout all that, Springtrap Self-heals despite being a walking corpse in a Spring lock suit like that one character in X-Men that self-heals, and mike is all like "Holy ****!" and Springtrap just smirks lol xD
