Page 5! The part where the story becomes really serious and maybe a bit individual.But that's just my opinion, so maybe it won't match with your version about the ending.

Sorry, I cheated and skipped commenting on the previous page. 
It is your story and you'll do as you wish to go with it, I'm simply enjoying how things are going very much, despite an occasional heartache at times.
I like that your Springtrap can move his ears, signaling and expressing to Marionette and to the readers depending on his current mood, whether it's sorrow, annoyance or heated anger. 
The panels looks a little strange with their different sizes, creating an opening in the upper middle, but at the same time I think I can understand why you chose to let them stay that way. Because if making them all the same height and cutting their sizes might've taken away a bit of the emotional impact they give seperately.
Marionette looks so shocked by the huge amount of information Springtrap is telling him, but he does also seem reserved and a bit suspicious or in disbelief by this sudden heavy loaded confession.
I really like that you're not making Marionette trust or fall over in tears by Springtrap's confession even if his words are true. In my opinion it makes it only natural to be suspicious of someone who used to cause so much misery in the past. 
Suddenly, off topic questions popped up in my mind! You don't have to answer them, but I'm curious. Does your Springtrap aka Purple Man remember his parents before their deaths? Were they kind and loving to him? If yes to both of these questions, here's a follow-up question; does he miss them at any point?
Springtrap telling the Marionette about his past and mentioning of his parents makes me wonder of how Springtrap would've felt if he ever was to see any of his parents (as spirits) again in the very state he's in now.

So yes, Marionett doesn't trust or believe Springtrap yet, but he will say some serious things that will make the puppet change his mind
I tried to make them act natural
And i'm answering your questions:
1-2. He remembers, but if someone have to experience so many monstrosity like him at a very youg age, his memory won't serve perfectly later. He wanted to forget all of the pain he had to live with, therefore he also forgot the nice memories. So he knows -roughly- how did they look like, he remembers that they were loving to him but that's all.
3. Naturally he miss them but -as i mentioned- he has very few memories. He couldn't tell a story with them, or describe their personalities.
He was unable to see his parents as spirits, they're gone. Only those spirits are staying who have an "unfinished work" here. For example: to regret, aks for forgiveness and to forgive...

Yes, although the pages usually took 8 or 9 hours for me to make, this last page took almost 13 hours...
Now you may ask how i have this much time.
Somehow i have enought time besides working and studying....
