Well, it can be awkward when you know you killed someone, and he sits next to you... But he just tries smiling, hopes for the best, because he was honest and everything he said was true.
And if someone (Springtrap in this case) moves his ears toward you it means he pays attention to you.
Actually since they are dead, food and eating is somehow just not their thing. But if you want to hug them, then go for it
