Description The Fallen, a mysterious being that exists in every version of Brawl Legends. This is not his true form, as this creature is an entity that has no true appearance. This is the form he has taken in order for humans to comprehend his appearance, based on former participants in the Fourth Ninja War.
He was made using War Tobi and Snake Cloak Kabuto.
In the Naruto x Dragon Ball universe, The Fallen is an android designed by Dr. Gero. The Fallen is dubbed Android X by Dr. Gero, and was intended to be his ultimate weapon, even more powerful than Cell. The trick with Android X was that it was an organic creation, much like Cell. After being resurrected during the Fourth Great Ninja War by Kabuto Yakushi, Gero allied himself with Obito and studied the Gedo Mazou statue, which hosted several Tailed Beasts. He was also intrigued by the creation known as Mecha-Naruto. An obscure, amateurish attempt to replicate his own Androids, Gero wasn't impressed with Mecha-Naruto at first. However, following the robot's self-destruction, Gero managed to rebuild its body and reprogram the KYUBI Mode CPU in its processors. Taking extra power from the Tailed Beasts in captivity, Gero designed his new Android to be a highly adaptive killing machine, no pun intended. In addition to the Tailed Beast chakra, Gero added DNA samples from the other resurrected Dragon Ball universe villains, including Broly, Hatchiyack, and the newly resurrected Majin Buu. The creation soon evolved to the point of being able to mimic abilities through observation. The creation became too powerful to use in battle, so Gero had it shut down until he could control it, much like pretty much each and every one of his previous Androids. In the prime timeline, Android X is destroyed by Fallen Lee after traveling into the past to correct the mistakes of the future. However, in the original timeline, the Fallen Android rose to power and ended up not only killing all of Lee Hatake's allies, but left Earth a barren rock baptized in fire and brimstone. He was eventually killed by the original Lee through the efforts of absorbing the abilities of his fallen friends, although the destruction he left in his wake led Lee to travel back in time to prevent the apocalyptic future he had witnessed.
In the Naruto universe, however, The Fallen is a mysterious entity that predates Kaguya Otsutsuki. His full potential is never realized as he was defeated up his resurrection, however, he was never truly killed. This mysterious entity could re-emerge at any given moment, provided he can feed off of conflict. As with Android X, this entity can learn techniques and even Kekkei Genkai through observation alone, giving him the potential to surpass even Kaguya herself.
His part in the storyline is partially identical to that of the Naruto x Dragon Ball counterpart, although the destruction he caused is on a much smaller scale. In the original timeline, he was revived during Madara's second attempt at enacting Project Tsuki no Me. The Fallen possessed Madara's body, and used him to wipe out Konoha and the surrounding forest, leaving only a barren land, the reanimated Minato Namikaze and Lee Hatake, and the slowly dying bodies of Jon Kurosaki, Rig Hyuga, and Kakashi Hatake. He was beaten into submission by an enraged Lee Hatake, before being sealed away by Minato Namikaze. This iteration of The Fallen is trapped in the limbo of souls collected by the Shinigami of the Reaper Death Seal. However, before Minato sealed him away, he left a part of his soul inside those who withstood his final attack, namely pointing at Lee, Kakashi, Jon, and Rig, despite the latter trio slowly dying.
In the prime timeline, however, the future counterpart to Lee Hatake altered history so that the necessary conflict to fuel The Fallen's rebirth wouldn't come to pass, convincing Madara to hold off on his attempts in re-enacting Tsuki no Me and biding time by organizing a second Akatsuki, all while setting up events so that his past self can gain the necessary power to stop The Fallen if it would ever be reborn. Upon his confrontation with his younger self, the future Lee begins feeling the same emotions he felt in the past. The little bit of The Fallen's soul that had attached itself to Lee in the other timeline brings itself out, taking over the future Lee's body and reviving itself yet again. However, a dying Sasuke Uchiha steps in, taking in the power himself after transplanting his abilities to the past Lee. Repeating what Minato had done in the original timeline, Sasuke attempts to seal the entity away with his death. The future Lee steps in and performs the Reaper Death Seal to seal the entity within himself, just as Sasuke's life fades away. Before dying, the future Lee casts a Genjutsu on his past self to explain his actions and the events leading up to their clash, wanting to warn him about Madara Uchiha in the future. As the future Lee dies, the entity that attached to him is sealed away, unable to be revived.
In The Crossover Game, the Fallen from the prime timeline will take part in the story after the events of the Brawl Legends x canon Naruto crossover arc. He will combine with Android X to form the ultimate iteration of himself.
