Very cool concept and presentation! I really like all those tentacle-like protrustions!

maybe if the hanging parts of the "coat" came off his body higher it wouldn't look so much like a skirt... off the waistline the character look like a Mecha-sassy-goth-ballerina. Maybe add some more coming off the bottom of his ribcage area? Or even off the shoulders cape like as they did with the look in the movie when he fought in the long coat.

the only one ^^ but i think maybe it would look cooler if the coat was more like a weapon than a simple fashion thing... like, the base could be a couple of knifes, like Zero from KoF 2K and 2K1 outfit...

All your other mechas capture the essence of the character really well, but this one... I don't know what it is, but he looks like inspector gadget with a skirt..
I really like the style, and the colouring/drawing are awesome, but it's just not Neo, is all
