okay this is a game review for "Alone in the Dark"Bad points:
single player campaign only- the whole game is single player, no multiplayer whatsoever
sluggish movement - the main character seems to move very slowly
clich`ed storyline - most of the story has been done before
good points:
use the enviroment to your advantage - one of the key point visible in alone in the dark is the ability to combine ojects to give them diffrent propetys eg an aerosol can can be used with a lighter as a flamethower, or thown and shot with a pistol or if you add sticy tape to it you can stick the can to a wall/roof/creature
fire - one of the key mecanics in the game it acts like fire spreding to other flammible surfaces
cars- can either be driven and damaged, or be searched for useful items
other points: in the game there is even a CPR scene, and if you watch the video documentary's it will help you get past most of the games challenges
the conclusion:
this game has a bit if everything in it 3rd person adventure, 1st person shooter, driving, action, horror, storyline. but the replayability is hampered quite a bit from not having any multiplayer
