Hey chica. First thing, you've got a great mood going on here. Fantastic color palette and setting. The fear is palpable, and liquid oozing like the water ahead of her. The thing that is really killing your image though is actually your subject. You've pushed the saturation and filter so dark that I have no idea what is going on in that black space. I can't tell if she is looking forward or pulling a Grudge girl moment on us with the hair in her eyes. Because this area is not identifiable by any landmarks, it becomes a big black negative space, cutting off your composition almost in half. Uh oh. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Sad)"/> I understand the darkness could be suggestive of a spreading void, something terrifying, right now it is overkill. If you lightened that area up even a little, your photo would be more successful. I suggest you take more photos with this sort of set up in mind, because you have a powerful vision. Just make sure you don't go too dark, and don't accidentally crop your composition in any way, and you'll be good to go.
