Description
This is basically a redesign of his 3rd form (it was basically a recolor of frieza's 3rd form which TOTALLY didn't fit him). SnowDevil is 4x stronger than his first form in this present form. After this form his horns break apart revealing his ears, his tail becomes fully rat like too. The cheek spikes stretch all the way out becoming the bottom quills seen in SnowDevil's 4th form.
