It's alright, except for the visual effect you use on the eye makes it look flat instead of round. If you worked on giving it more depth, it would probably be very stunning.

If this is how it's supposed to look in Naruto then so be it, i'm just used (as being a photo editor and photographer) of editing eyes and keeping the natural iris and not making it completely disappear behind a layer. Nice job none the less.

Ah I do see now, I always found it hard to take 2d anime style and put it into 3d spectrum and real life.
