Description
Plastoid is a DNA sample of an unidentifiable species that nobody has really seen before. It’s possible he’s the only one of his kind.Plastoid is capable of seemless shapeshifting. He can completely control his color, density and shape. He can become anyone and anything, he can even hide the Hexamatrix dial inside himself. When he needs to be a person, he can create liquid layers to simulate blood and even simulate a skeleton. The only way to determine if something is actually Plastoid is to look at it under a microscope. He can morph into weapons, or simply become an untouchable liquid mass. These traits make Plastoid an incredibly powerful and useful form.
Plastoid seems to share traits with creatures called Alchemorphs, parasitic liquid creatures that take on the elements of whatever environment they’re born in. The advanced polymers that comprise Plastoid suggest he was likely born or created in a laboratory, likely specifically for the Hexamatrix.
As for weaknesses, Plastoid is vulnerable to freezing which makes him unable to change shape. If Plastoid is truly an Alchemorph, he would likely be vulnerable to control by the High Alchemorph, a powerful an sadistic entity named Vermillion who’s responsible for rendering thousands of worlds uninhabitable.

One on one, he could probably hold his own for a minute but runs the risk of being controlled or eaten.

Definitely. Against Vermillion he’d be better off using someone like Bombardeer or Phosphyre, someone with a lot of firepower. Alchemorphs are famously hard to kill.

Feel free! I’m excited to see what you come up with.
As for your questions;
1. Their home world exploded long before Vermillion was born. He was likely born into a mercury based asteroid or a chunk of Cinnabar. Alchemorphs can now be found all over the place, usually hiding inside asteroids or on one of the many worlds they’ve killed.
2. A bit of both. Plastoid is very powerful compared to other Alchemorphs, the only one that can shapeshift, his body being comprised of complex plastics unique to him.
3. Plastoid is easily the most colorful, though other Alchemorphs can also have multiple colors, depending on impurities present in the material they were born in.
4. In theory, yes. Vermillion has consumed innumerable other Alchemorphs in order to strengthen and stabilize himself, though he’s the only one that has displayed this ability so far. Likely because he’s the only one besides Plastoid that’s actually sentient, they’re usually mindless parasites.

It’s possible. He can be discovered if he encounters someone who knows the face he’s using and can be tricked with personal questions. If he gets frustrated, sometimes his real voice can slip out. He also gives off a different vibe and scent than organic beings, which sensitive enough individuals can pick up on.

He could probably imitate their size, but wouldn’t have any of their power. If he expanded to the size of a To’Kustar, he would likely be so light weight he could probably be knocked over by the wind. As for the Hexamatrix, he can only hide it. If looked at in X-Rays, one would likely see the dial inside him. He would be very dangerous at the micro scale and could likely enter someone’s bloodstream to do untold damage. For example, suffocate their organs or rip them apart from the inside.

At the micro scale, he definitely wouldn’t be able to form a body, being more of a liquid. He could probably weave his way through someone’s cells. His density would be huge but would be evenly spread out in a liquid state, that would do a lot of damage to a person. Once he’s in, he could expand again in their blood vessels and destroy them. He could definitely fly with wings and could give the appearance of gills but not actually use them, as he doesn’t really need to breathe. He can give the illusion of multiples, but each would have to remain connected to hold shape.

Exactly. A tiny hair width fiber is all it would take to stay connected. If severed, the copies will liquify and return to the original. Though, the more spread out his mass is, the weaker he becomes. Two Plastoid would each have half of a whole Plastoid’s strength, halving with each copy. Unlike Alphanaut, Plastoid’s mass is fixed and can’t be increased or decreased. Unless he somehow finds more of the exact polymers used to make him.

His home is likely in a lab somewhere. If he’s actually an Alchemorph, then his kind are voracious predators that plague most of the universe, most aren’t conscious. They serve the will of Vermillion the High Alchemorph, much like Knull the Symbiote God. They function very similarly to Klyntar, only purely parasitic. Plastoid is a very unique individual, it’s uncertain if he even is an Alchemorph as they don’t normally shapeshift.

That’s a definite possibility. When he encounters Vermillion, he’ll have to keep Plastoid far away or he will be dominated. It’ll be an interesting fight, Vermillion is a serious big bad. Definitely on the same level as Vilgax or the High Override.

He’s definitely the biggest cosmic villain short of actual gods. He has a couple mystical threats that could outmatch Vermillion. Though Vermillion definitely has the most muscle power, he has the equivalent of 2 Earths worth of of Alchemorphs at his beck and call and could make more. He also carries enough sway that other powers would join him, like the Gladian Army, Gray Armada and Acquisitioner Fleet. I imagine a huge climactic fight between team Lex and his rogues gallery. Endgame style.

Thank you so much! I’m glad you like it. I put a lot of thought into these, it makes me so happy to know people actually enjoy it. I love the original show too, it’s what inspired me to do all of this. I always thought it’d be interesting to see how such a concept would fit into the real world, mixed with the Aethereal world.
