I've been considering doing a Jak and Daxter parody sometime in the future. So I did a model in Flash. I desided to make it similar to the real style, and not use my "chibi" style.Opinions?

A Jak and Daxter Flash? Awesome! (holds up "I heart Jak and Daxter" Sign) It'll be harder to do without the chibified sprites though, but I know you can do it. You're just awesome that way. Can't wait to see it...but finish the FF7and the RE: Code Veronica parodies first!
As for the sprite, he looks a lot like Jak from the game. But could you do us all a huge favor and get rid of his silly goatee thing? Even in the game, that odd bit of facial hair looks wierd.

The only thing I can see is maybe if you tried to lengthen his boots just a bit.

Jak II style huh? the armor and clothing came out good, colored the hair perfectly, good anatomy. the only thing that may be kinda bad is the left eye being smaller then the right, although that could be from the angling still great jak pic.

hey, big fan of your work... for opinions on this thing... i dont really like the way the boots look... not sure what it is, but they just dont look like boots to me... but the rest of him looks great! deffenetly played the game, and looks just like him!

this looks awesome! even with the normal stroke of the pencil!
have u tried drawing using the paint brush using the other type of strokes like the slanted line or oval brush head?
I dunnoe, but to my opinion, i start using paint brush to draw out my character lineart...they give a more cartoonish look then the solid line strokes from the pencil tool

He's simple enough to animate, but still maintains the needed detail for his character. Good thing you're not animating it traditionally O_o

Dude you are getting sophisticated. Sadly thats one game I never got around to playing but kinda wanted to.
Anyhoo. The model looks very well built. The left arm seems a little oddly spaced from the body, but I suppose it would look even weirder closer to it. It does have a great sense of balance to it, and it would be cool to see it animated.
