This book was so sad, but I loved it so much. I've loved this pairing ever since reading it. I love the "you're a prince" part. ^^ Damn, I wanted to kill Assef and make Hassan and Amir kiss and make up - key word being kiss. lol.

yeah it really happened in the book. the "hassan ur a prince" thing is a direct quote. (: and he kissed him on the cheek and the kid blushed teehee xD
and some half-german/half-afghan 16 yr old dude (who looks up to hitler--reminds me of cartman LOL) raped him. ): cuz in their culture the kid that got raped is considered servantile :sob: it was so sad...and his friend just stood at the side and watched in fear.
