It's based off the 2003 Spongebob Squarepants the lost episode known for "The Sponge Who Could Fly" episode. In this episode Spongebob wants to fly with the jelly fish, he tried many different flying machine which most of them failed until he puts a air dryer in his pants while he was on a phone which cause his pants to inflate and Spongebob finally found a way to fly. Inflatable pants.

I know some people don't like inflation stuff but people have seen them in Films, Tv shows(live action and cartoons) Video games, Videos and TV Ads back then before the Internet today.
