This is from my story - www.deviantart.com/legodecalsm…Here is some expended dialogue, which will appear in a future story. This is inspired by the Legends book: The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader.
"I raised you like a daughter!" Jay shouted down at what was left of Tilana who writhe at bottom of the slope of rocks and black sand at the edge at the lava river of Sullust. "I trained you to fight the Empire, not join them; to bring the Force back into balance! Not leave it in darkness!" Their long and exhausting duel had carried them away from the city of Inyusu Tor where Jay arrived with his troops of the 76th Legion, and where Tilana used the Force to choke her seemingly treacherous partner.
But now the duel was over. With a single sweeping move with his lightsabers, Jay had severed his former apprentice's legs at the knees and also his left arm. During her fall to the river bank, Tilana's Inquisitor lightsaber fell into the lava river and melted away while her Jedi saber slipped off her belt and land a few feet away from both her and Jay.
As Tilana struggled to raise her head from the smoldering rocky/sandy ground, her eyes blazed with fury as she glared at Jay I won't die like this! she thought I REFUSE to die like this! I'm still stronger than you.
Feeling the intense heat permeating her torn Inquisitor uniform, Tilana sighted her fallen lightsaber lying a short distance away. Too stunned and dazed to focus her power, she watched with rage as Jay bent down and pick up the lightsaber, then took it with him as he began walking up the slope and away from the site. Jay stopped and turned to her one final time, still writhing in agony from the wounds received from his attack. "I hate you!" Tilana roared, keeping her eyes focused on the departing figure.
Shocked at what Tilana had become, Jay took a few steps back as he continues to face the ruin, seething monster. "You were like a sister to me, Tilana." Jay said, holding back tears "I loved you.".
Then, Tilana's clothes caught fire, and she was suddenly engulfed in flames. Her screams were filled anger as well as pain, not unlike that of any entirely helpless creature. Her instinct was to roll and put out the flames, but because of the wounds and the red-hot stones beneath her ravaged head and torso, all she could do was burn and burn. Despite Tilana being in obvious pain and suffering, Jay could not bring himself to kill the her, believing that her ultimate fate would be determined by the Force, and doing so, even to euthanize the ex-Jedi, would only cause the Jedi Master himself to start down the path of the dark side. Then, Jay walked off, leaving Tilana, or what's left of her, to die.
