No, that's Cancer. It just looks like it should be the mark of Pisces because the representation of Pisces is 2 fish, kind of intertwined in the same manner. I'm a Cancer so I know, lol.

The drawing skill is peerless.
However, the crabs are not treated well though this art is called "Cancer". Having most of them in a bucket makes it feel like the girl is just a "crab-hunter" (or something like that). In addition, her pose and expression gave me a feeling that those crabs are just trophy from her "hunt", nothing more.
