It's one being who controls them all. This is the God's true and terrible form, after going corrupt and rebbling against the parent God. If he talks, a random head will start the next sentence, so good luck. He does have a 'human' form he uses due to mortals not being able to comprehend such forms. Too bad his son kills him lmao
