yeah i'm doing ok, just slogging away at work (but also trying to take regular breaks cos i'm getting really bad cramps in my arms from too much wacom .. shit i'm getting old !)

work work work. I got so many projects running right now. Some of them serious others a little less. Lot's of work with my company too, and they're so happy with my work that it's gr8.
I've been taking some free time too, planning on taking a lot of week ends and I'm already going to porto and I want to travel also a little in france. That's pretty much it man, I've been a little workaholic lately -_-

Thats terrible that people arent just tracing your designs and calling them there own there just TAKING yours and saying they belong to them. I wouldnt even think of that those people have NO shame.

yes, well it's like that. Most of the people credit the artist, which is good, but some of them are just lame or just don't understand. Anyway DA is full of cases like mine and I cannot say that my free icon set's haven't brought any attention to me, so I'm good

that's true. I think it's because firstly of the massive explosion of internet and secondly that everybody can learn art by themselfs (I'm a 100% self thought on graphic design) so if somebody needs a design today, everybody can claim that he is abble to do it
But well at least it gives a little extra challenge to the whole thing

how you can use them or for what you can use them?
If it's how, you just have to download the zip file that is on the download button and you'll see within that zip file the set of all those icons in .png format 256x256px format

well I made them just for fun because I love mac. But you can use them in skinning and customising (desktop, dock etc), for avatars, for mac forums etc
