yea, he works for taser, so he gets free tasers and taser accesories, such as a ris mount. it has apperarnlty been usefull

yea, well he mostly has it because he works for taser, he designed the taser XREP shotgun shell, so he has just tasers and stuff laying around his house
he said its usefull though, cause alot of the times the poeple hell be raiding will have dogs, and hes disabled more than a dozen of them that way without actually killing them

I believe that fully automatic's are only legal to people that bought the $20,000 permit, but other than that I'm not sure. BTW you're a lucky one if you didn't need that.

well he was a swat sniper for 17 years and served 2 tours of duty before that, that may or may not have had something to do with it

it was cool, we had to keep it in three shot bursts cause its uncontralble otherwise, like i could not for the life of me shoot more than 3 shots without having it be al over the place

If you get a class III licence you can obtain "destructive devices" like fully-automatic firearms, some explosives, and for some reason the Armsel Striker and Franchi SAPZ-12.
And no firearm should be that hard to obtain. the reason we were given the right to bear arms because
1. Our government wanted the government to be ruled by The People. If we have no power, then we would be completely defenseless.
2.We split-off with nearly every country during the period that the Americas were created. So our government then feared that we could get a full on attack from one or more countries. We didn't have that strong of a military at that time as well. So we almost had a secondary military as our people. although we may not out-number in training, we did dramatically out-number.
That is why I believe that we should be able to not only be able to use fully-automatic firearms, but explosives as well. Because if
1. our government gets corrupt they could just hop in a tank and mow down mass groups of people with there hunting rifles.
2. same situation, but if someone breaks through out line of defense.(not likely to happen, but that doesn't mean it couldn't.

You meen SPAS-12. You need a class three liscence to own I SPAS-12? I never heard that. It might make sense if you take into account its a semi auto shotgun, but there are tons of semi autos out there you dont need a class three liscence to get.

Yeah, sorry I hadn't noticed that error.
Although really stupid, yes the SPAS-12 is listed as a destructive device and a class three license is required to own one.
Same goes for the Armsel Striker.
I do not know why, I just know that it is stupid.
