Ahh! =O I think it's the way you drew his face. It's almost as if the entire image is of a daily setting until you come upon his face, which seems to be so absolutely intense that it's as if you're gazing at the internal emotional struggle that Spock deals with.

...wow. This picture is really lovely. The detail is pretty amazing, and the slightly...washed-out look of the picture gives it a bit of a...not sad...quiet and contemplative effect. It's really great!

Love it! I grew up watching Star Trek a lot, and Spock was always one of my favorite characters. You did a great job drawing him, especially since he's a character whose facial expressions are usually very subtle.
