Description
A pixelised version of my computer.I spent about working 10 hours on it, I'm very happy with it.
the programs used were MS Paint and PSP. (to save as GIF)
The inside was very hard to do, this took the most time.
I'm working on an animated version but this may take a bit of time as I have none (time that is).
It will happen though.
Hope you like it, I welcome any comments good or bad

Wow, I'm astonished at the complexity of your pixel drawing. I could never have enough patience to do that myself ^__^;;

Hehe, cute.
Impressive that you made this in MS Paint. I think that if you wanna create more pixel work you should look into an old piece of software called GFX2. I used to use it quite a bit when I was into the whole pixelizing thing, way back in my demoscene days. If you can get it to work -- shouldn't be too hard, worked on my WinXP PC anyway -- it's a sweet piece of software for pixel work.
Then again, that could just be my nostalgia talkin'.

It's quite a nice pixel piece, it's pretty realistic. The proportions are excellent.
The shading is pretty consistant and realistic. I can only really see three slight problems with it. The first is the number of colours used on the top of the box. There appear to be four different colours used for just the rear corner of the box, two of which, even on zooming in to 800%, I can barely tell apart. One, or even both of the two intermediate colours could be eliminated. If you were to eliminate both, however, you would want to use dithering. There are probably other colours used in the image that could be eliminated without changing it too much.
The second is the shading uner the round thigy on the top of the front of the case. (handle?) The grey looks really out of place, or like there is an unbelievable collection of dust under it. This was probably done to reduce colours, but looking at the plugs on the inside of the computer, it seems that colours that could be used to keep the shadow consistant do exist already. If you were looking for a different colour for the shadow, however, a blue, brown or purple (though pretty unsaturated) could be better than a gray.
The third is the shading of the cracks/spaces on the front of the case. They are way too defined, and that makes the image look quite amateur. Try playing around with lighter shading colours and or eliminating half of the dots on the line. More gradual shading, instead of one shade on the floppy dive slot wouldn't hurt.
The components inside the case are, sadly, flat and boring. Random dots of darker green and brown on the circuit boards would give the appearance of actual circuit boards, at the moment they look a bit like pieces of green cardboard. Maybe some black chips elsewhere than the motherboard would be nice.
All the rivets and metal panels and boxes are quite nice and well shaded. They look exactaly as they should.
It's pretty well done for a pixel computer, I tried doing one myself, and quite frankly it sucked. There is room for improvement though.
What is the brown box in front of the extra harddrive, near the power supply?

Hum.. doesn't look as real as when I pull my side panel off:-p but then again I'm a bit of a computer geek anyway. I do like how you outlined the yellow and red power cables that run to the power supply though, dunno that just caught my eye
Real nice job on the PCI cards too that looks really awesome... I also love the little red and white wire on the power button. This was a neat idea. I think I'll fav it
