I'm trying to use, but cannot figure out how to color.

if you have the file downloaded go to the bottom where it says Base and color that for the basic color and markings, the second layer above it is the tail, eyes, inner ears, paws, nose to color. Its actually really simple.

So very pretty file I can't use. Why not include a bitmap? (and no i don't use paint or gimp or whatnot, I just use paint shop pro which my version isn't capable of opening psds.
