You did a very good job with the shading on this, particularly on the dragon's body and on the human. The ground looks very creepy, and you created a very nice background for the image. I think that you did an over all very good job with this picture. I am especially impressed with the human's anatomy.
I got rather carried away writing this comment. Below are a number of things that could be improved with your picture, or questions that could be asked about the how parts of your picture are put together. If you wish to improve and hear what I have to say on that, then read on. If not, ignore it and move on with your day.
I'm not sure that the flesh would be able to stretch that far. Nor do I think that a dragon would eat the skull - the head would be the last part they ate, and then only if they are very hungry. If the dragon just killed the person by biting off their head, then there should be blood everywhere, and perhaps the person's arms or legs falling to rest after struggling (which would be followed by twitching). The dragon's pose is a little odd, though possible. If the dragon has settled down for a meal, their legs should be bent more to have them closer to the ground. I also suspect that the arms would be on the outside of the knees, over lapping a bit from our perspective.
Also, Why does the dragon only have one leg? How is a sickle toe claw going to do anything for this dragon beyond make it have worse balance? I also take it that your dragon normally walks on four limbs, given its arms are otherwise far too long. However the musculature is reminiscent of a human's.
Last question, what happened to the human's clothes?

Damn!
That's just......damn!
I find it really creepy how it almost looks like the dragon is looking at you. Kind of like he's thinking "You're next."
