In an age of darkness and depression (example-the gothic/punk "movement") your picture brings welcome color into the world of people who love just this type of thing.

This is an absolutely fantastic piece of vector art. The colors are so striking yet not obnoxiously bright. I could definitely see this as a greeting card or a full color poster somewhere.
I love the fact that you went with simple shapes and lines with only minor details where needed. This, along with your beautiful use of color, has given the piece an original look that I have yet to find here at deviantART.
The other thing that really gets me is that you've portrayed the season of Spring so well that I can almost feel the warmth of the sun and smell the flowers. Even the girl's hair, which seems to be curling up in the breeze, goes along with that feeling of springtime air.
I'm so glad to see this featured as a Daily Deviation because I probably would've never seen this great piece otherwise. A well deserving
