We can realize Punisher has been Spider Man's nemesis, another real anti-hero, but the thing made Punisher angrier is that Spidey was working with the Avengers, he knows that Spider Man always worked alone. Fury was watching the news about the Schneiders massacre, so Spidey with Iron Man, Storm, Black Cat, Ms. Marvel and Wolverine, in order to stop Punisher's actions. Spidey and the others have no intention to attack him.

"Stop, Redfield! You're not going anywhere!", Spidey said.
"You're another pet of S.H.I.E.L.D's, huh? What are you gonna do then? Killing me?", Chris said.
"You better watch your manners, tough guy", Iron Man inferred.
"Relax, Punisher. We just came to propose something", Spidey said.
"What's your deal? Joining for the government's animals? I'm not for that. You all know I work alone", Chris argued.

The hero squad left the Punisher alone, and they just had something in mind, the antihero always works alone, after losing his family... It changed his life for ever. Worked with XNA XPS and edits with GiMP PS.
