well, ben 10 is not that bad, but it could be much better. what i mean by a better show is like legend of korra or the last airbender quality. deeply emotional stories, memorable episodes, amazing action, hilarious comedy and a great and detailed animation, etcetera. i drew all of these including the backgrounds and stuff, took me some time. making this stuff is harder than it looks let me tell ya. so basically i imagined the show took place after omniverse when ben is in the age of 23 (thats bald ben uptop hehe), things happen here and there. these are all random parts of the imaginary show, but i wanted it to seem real. i put every pic on fullscreen on my computer and it feels like im watching it and i paused as if it was a real show hehe. what do you think if ben 10 was a show like this? let me know!Related content

yes i forgot to add comedy! adding comedy is substantial! but all of these elements must blend well together so it would be the perfect show or otherwise it will be disjointedΒ

And SOME of the comedy is fine, but.... the blunt, without-context sci-fi references are cringeworthy, and I wouldn't stop someone from strangling Bluckic and Driba, honestly >_>

Matter of opinion, but I don't care about discussing that for the 10000000000th time. But I do think is Avatar (both Last Airbender and Legend of Korra) is better than all Ben 10 series put together.

ben 10? or avatar? well with ben 10 i thought the qualities arent very different (and sorry yess, it includes omniverse) they all got their ups and downs. Visually though, the original series is amazing. all the designs are insanely cool! i love them. so i kinda disagree with you there hehe

Agree with you here. My personal favourite is Alien Force, but objectively I think they all have their up and down. I still wait for an actually great Ben 10 show, kinda like how you describe it here^^

Sorry if it sounds like I am making advertisement or something, but me and friends have been trying to make a fanfic reboot of Ben 10 where we try an approach a bit like what you describe (though so far we have only written 3 episodes, with a fourth in preparation). personally i hate legend of korra. i love ATLA, though. i just don't think LOK does it justice as a sequel series.

well, i wouldnt say hate though. i thought the first season was the intended season by bryke, but nick extended the seasons. i thought the first season had a pretty deep world, an interesting villain, AMAZING animation. but season 2 got worse because i feel like they didnt know where they are goin. 3 was pretty damn good, and 4th is right now promising. yess, the ATLA surpasses korra with memorable episodes, stories and morales, and characters, but not too far i guess for me.Β Β

i just find it to be boring and repetitive, with pretty flat characters. (whom i don't find excessively likable. except for Bolin. he's no Sokka, but he still does the comedic support character role pretty well. )But that's just my opinion. I agree the animation is still beautiful, though.Β
i find that LOK kinda destroyed the lore of ATLA via retrofitting.
