This is a resin figure, better known as a GK (garage kit), it was a commission so please don't ask if I sell it or anything like that.

The person that commissioned him requested that I paint him true to the original colors of the game, so I decided to play with several tones of blue and purple as it did have a ton of detail to take advantage of.
