The technique used in this painting is fantastic, and the blending of the purples and oranges are very well done. I love the orange pop and I think the colours complement each other very nicely. Another aspect of this painting that I personally find very appealing is the leading lines of the lampposts; drawing the eye deeper and deeper into the painting. Judging only from this photo I can assume there is a lot of beautiful texture in this painting. All round beautiful picture that toggles a "firey walk in winter" feeling. Composition, colours, and technique are executed beautifully. Hope to see more work from the artist.

This work is absolutely amazing. The amount of detail put into this work is astonishing. You can see how the glow of the lights affects the contrast of the snow. And not to mention that you can see the faint glow of the sun setting or rising behind the trees. That is amazing work if I have ever seen one before. You can actually feel yourself in this painting walking down the path on a snowy day. The vision is very clear and I have never seen something quite like this before. The technique is flawless and the impact is very strong. Kudos to the artist and I hope to be reviewing more of her absolutely amazing work very, very soon.

I can feel the warmth of the glowing lights behind, and I like how it is contrasted with the snow. Also, I enjoy seeing the the knife strokes. It helps to bring the painting to life. Marvelous piece.
