Since theres a lot of padded Poke art recently, I decided to dive in as well, hopefully increasing my status quo among the diaperfurs.
Abigal the Charmeleon took the Pichu she was babysitting to the arcade for some fun. While they were playing skee ball (the Pichu kept his tickets in his diaper), the slush Abigal drank earlier suddenly kicked in and needed to use a restroom. However, she didn't want to stop playing and leave the Pichu by himself. She wished she was wearing his diaper right now.
