The Survey Team's armor, known as the Hazardous EnVironment Protective Suit Mark 2 from the older days of Black Mesa - The Mark 2 being soon replaced by the Mark 3 system for various reasons, which of being several formal complaints, violations, and injuries that were sustained from the open-port air-jet module that was included with the Mark 2's haphazard module system...

This is my take on the Mark 2's HUD, as there is no official lore on the older Hazardous EnVironment Protective Suits, being a more realistic health system monitoring the limbs of the body, and having temperature, time, and atmosphere readouts beside it.
