Looks like he landed a thousand years too late!
I began this at work, taking a short break from writing, on account of I hadn't finished anything in a bit It's all landscapy and stuff and has that whole ruin theme I'm fond of I was inspired by Machu Picchu
This might actually prove to be a tie-in with the Akiva Akkad story I'm working on, we'll see

i have googled images of empire state bldg. being built, Eiffel tower, etc., and sometimes get feeling queasy just looking at the pics

not really, but, well apparently to some degree...i have been in high places before and looked down, and felt okay as long as i was secure, holding on to the railing, etc., ...i was in the national tower at Gettysburg before they took it down, for one, and i was in the Eiffel Tower but we didn't go all the way to the top, (me and my buddies) we didn't have enough francs

that was the reason that was given for taking it down...and it did disrupt the view...once as a kid i walked all the way down the steps instead of taking elevator....and it was soooooooooooo hot that day

and I remember in the Army, in Korea there was this mountainside that had old stone steps that went up...just on and on...even then, when i was actually in great shape and did pt all the time...at one point on those steps, you'd hit muscle failure, it was crazy

this trail in a place called Serano Canyon, and we only realized
once we were on it that it was a 9 mile hike. Parts of the trail
we so steep that we had to slide down them on our asses!
