Welp I keep making new characters... I really need to stop but it's really fun

Anyway this guy is loosely based on the monster Gasurabazura ( monsterhunter.fandom.com/wiki/… ) from monster hunter. It's probably my favorite monster out of the entire series and I love its design and concept so that's why I made this guy.
His fins are usually down when he's neutral but when he gets upset or feels threatened they flare out. They can be pretty much any size but I just gave a generalization of them in the ref.
He uses poison and can probably dig under the ground idk. He's just a poison fish pup and I love him
