Description
This is my first real completed project using ink wash to create tone. It's a completely different medium for me, but I'm really starting to get the attraction. It takes control and I'm still learning the technique of how to get very fine gradation. Black lining also easier than I thought, there's something about the physical resistance of the pen that steadies it.

I adjusted the scan in photoshop, which unfortunately lacks the tonal smoothness of the original, but here's a shot from my iphone.
