origionally there was a scratcher job marajuana leaf put into this kid's arm....aparently him and a friend had ghetto rigged a tattoo machine when they were stoned and thought it would be cool....he should be glad that we live in a state where as long as a parent is present and provides proper identification plus consent I can work on him because from what I covered up almost got him kicked out of school
